I didn't know wabo very well....but he lit up my face whenever we were in a group together...the poutine....the square tires...yes I am Canadian and one of us passed away.
I know we all say we are there to help if Gif needs anything...one thing I have learned over my years (ex-military) one thing we can all do to help is donate

I would like to start a fund here ... I don't make a whole lot of money but I am putting up $50 for gif and hope all of you will pitch in.

I was very sad to read about this. I just posted my donation through the link. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist Gif and the kids. I have a child myself and would fell better knowing people like all of you were thinking of her if anything happened to me.
