So Sapph and I were talking the other night about what we were going to be focusing on when the expansion comes out.

I know its still a little early but I kinda wanted to get a feel for what people were planning on playing as their mains when the expansion comes out.

I'm starting to really like my shaman so I'm pretty easy about what will be my main and will most likely play what we need to fill out groups.

I'll keep this post updated with what people are planning on and you can post any time with changes as you make em :)

The reason I want to level Lushy first is simple: it'll be easier for Sapph to solo quests so I'd like to level Lushy while everyone is at her stage so she can group up easily. Plus, I really like playing her and find the change refreshing.

However - if everyone else is going to level their healers first, I might consider changing my mind.

Hmm.... Probably Frenial will get most of the attention with Ferrous and Frocked trailing behind. With TBC I got to 70 kinda fast, so ended up playing Frocked while Frenial waited for folks to catch up - same sorta thing here.

Or maybe I'll just get another account and level two toons at once.

Fulmineous and Feignt can catch up later.

100% sure I'll be leveling my hunter first so consider Dondoh my main...

... I got really board with my warrior quickly, which I found odd but regardless it is what it is.

Besides I'm so much better as a hunter... I really enjoy bring the pain and feel I do it quite well. /flex

Curse whoever was reading my mind yesterday.

I was actually thinking about this as I was reading about Feral druid stuff. The reason I switched to boomkin was there were plenty of alts in the guild that were playing tanks. But given that the tanks were all alts, I was (am) concerned that we'll be suffering from our tank shortage again. I can only think of a handful of folks who play tanks as their main.

Unless something really wacky happens between now and Wrath, I'll be leveling Beam. The question becomes which spec. I certainly won't be leveling as Resto. From what I read, there's a strong desire on the part of the devs to more or less 'split' the Feral tree. So one would need to choose between being a tank or being DPS.

And yet there's some really neat stuff coming in the Balance tree.

Go ahead and put me down in the Tank category. If something changes, I'll update.

Still haven't decided if I will level JR or Shortylock first. I'm more confident on my hunter since I have been playing him longer. Time will tell. I will be creating a death knight but that will be when I am out of rested xp.

Still trying to decide. Playing Ouiji a lot lately, and it's reminding me of the things I love about 'locks. There's a huge advantage to be able to stand in one place and go "PEW PEW" rather than having to chase stuff down to beat on it.

I honestly don't know. I'd prefer to level Rastus first, but can't imagine doing it resto unless I'm grouping a lot. I'll probably give that a shot, but if it's not working out I might switch to balance for leveling purposes.

Of course, if we're short on lorks, I'll put Uvula through her paces first!

Jaannaa will get levelled first, although I'm not sure how long it will take. I have no decided which spec to level with. There are some reports that, if the mobs are melee, prot can gain xp just as quickly as ret.

Dind (DPS) will probably be my "main" technically, but I hope to level Rubrick with her new tank spec as quickly as I can.

PROBABLY Thedona though I have a 62 paladin up and coming which , like Saph, I'm enjoying a lot. ...SO, as of now, Thedona but subject to change.

I'll for sure stick with Mayhew. There's a little druid alt that I'd like to get caught up eventually that might one day grow up to be a tank, just because it looks like fun =) The hunter might get to tag along but only if I ever get around to getting him geared properly.

I would like to lvl Amonsul for solo purposes, but as for the main one(even though they are not at the top of their game yet) I will go with Arathorne as a tank or Athelas as a healer if it helps the guild.

I plan to level Pregor first by grouping with the guild, and Khros when solo. They will probably level at about the same rate. Chaves / Richardo and Rodolfo will follow after.

Shadian will be my main. And I plan to level Vesputin for tanking purposes after that. And Rastus, the balance changes are crazy good in beta so moonkin while leveling is going to be awesome.

I plan to work on Ellistra since Dunher will be a lot easier solo. So, look her up if you need a tank.
