So I report for duty back at Ft. Riley today. I'm at a Panera somewhere near St. Louis using the internet now, but I wont have my own internet access once I get there- only public when I can find it/have time for it. So ,this is basically going to end my involvement with WoW for the next 15 months or so :( While at Ft. Riley, I will occasionally still play on weekends (perhaps when I can sneak over to Homreker's place) and when I have break for xmas- I will definitely check out WotLK when I can, but come January I'll be in Iraq and probably wont be able to WoW at all until I get back.

Theres still a chance the training has changed and I'll have more regular internet access, but just in case, I'm posting to let you all know why I'm disappearing.

This is NOT good-bye! I'll still haunt the forums and be in more or less regular contact, just not raiding or even playing much in game. I look forward to posting funny stories about the crazy stuff I'll be doing here on the forums.

Hi guys! I'm paying $3.50 an hour for wifi at the bowling alley (the only public internet I can find here). Right now its really chill as we process into base and do all kinds of paperwork and medical screening. Our real training kicks off next Friday when we move into Camp Funston (Its Fun!). Theres a rumour that there is actually free wireless access while we're there, which would be cool.

What I really wanted to say is this: while we were on the ISOPREP server, updating our personal data and uploading pictures of our tattoos for recovery identification, my teammates and I got into a discussion about WoW. At least 4 of us are avid WoWers, so there is A CHANCE that we will actually be playing from Iraq... :) We'll see.

I'll check back in when I can!
