Apparently its Halloween time again, and I keep getting a lot of questions about what I am dressing up as. Unfortunately, I have to work on Halloween, and most days around it. I am depressed that once again I'm going to miss out on one of my favorite holidays. Still, I think we can get a pretty goofy thread going if people post their costumes/house decorations/pumpkins, etc.


Our situation has not stopped me and my teammates from coming up with some creative solutions. We will likely trick-or-treat around the Camp Funston area dressed in our issue clothing items assembled in various forms. I chose the Sand Ninja. Level I ECWS silkweight underwear, wool boot socks, kevlar patrol gloves, and a nomex balaclava, all issued to me here at Fort Riley. Thanks to Homreker and Arachne for not laughing at me too hard while taking these pictures.

He has actually been hiding in my house for the last three weeks. I finally found him when he started to smell from lack of showering... and these are the first pictures I was able to take.
