Also...MONKS? Seriously??? This is probably the one thing they could do to potentially drag me away from my DK. I desperately miss my Monk from EQ. I look at my achievement points and weep at the thought of doing it all over again.

Yep. I am pretty pumped. The new talent system looks amazing as well.

I wonder if it will be specific achievements or if once you get an achievement it carries over. And if it will be retroactive.

It sounds like big ones may be account wide - like raid achievements.
But he also teased by saying "Level up every profession to max level on one of your characters."

I dunno, it seems like the conflict between the factions has been lost in all the world threatening events. This should give them a chance to rekindle the hate and get it good and stirred up before facing the still unanswered threats of the Emerald Nightmare and those Burning Legion fellas.
Hopefully, Alliance will finally get some love.
(Also the monk tank class is called Brewmaster! I believe I may have to become a tank full time.)
