With the last content patch before TBC hitting us tomorrow, many changes are about to occur! Not the least of which is that EVERYONE gets all talent points refunded and we get to re-spec however we see fit! All classes have seen many changes occur as a result of this and there's a lot of options to consider.
So with all that said, feel free to chime in - what will YOU be doing with YOUR character after the patch tomorrow, with regard to talents? :)
I'm not certain on Jamisia yet, except that I have no interest in healing (I'm sure Gleja is shocked). Right now I'm thinking I'll go heavy on Retribution for PVP/DPS/Raid purposes, and then respect to all Protection when TBC hits to better MT some 5-mans :) Still looking em over though.
How about the rest of you?

Gleja: 11/40/0 - Taking the mega-heal route. Even taking lightwell, since it's better than it used to be.

Malai: No idea. He'll stay fire spec though.

I think Frenial is going to go deeper into the fire tree. I'm not that impressed with the last two talents in the tree, but the 30-35 point talents look very nice. (+3% crit, -3% mana cost, and 20% more damage when the enemy is under 20% health? Yes please! Plus, I have moral obligation to spend as many points as I can in a talent called Pyromaniac.) Unfortunately, this means I'm losing ice block and, because they nerfed Burning Soul so I only get 10% threat reduction instead of 30%, I have a feeling I'm going to be a grease spot on the floor a lot until I get used to the setup. I'm just hoping the warriors, druids and paladins get something equivalent to increase their threat generation. So... fair warning, Rin. :)
Frocked will be staying shadow for now and just correcting some of the mistakes I made in assigning points when I respecced.

I'm going to go Arms again, but I'm not really liking the flow of the Arms tree. I'll probably settle for a 34/0/17 build. When BC comes out, I'll switch to mace spec and add more Fury.

Unless Kestral and Oriole are both priests with Gleja's build, I'm thinking there's a linky problem here somewhere.... :) Looks like Rin's goes to the right spot though.

I think on Afk I am going to try something completely different and go Arcane Spec who knows if I will like it or not as it is pretty mana intensive but thought I would give it a try.
As for Zorinda I need advice...I am still pretty new to the role of a priest. I think I do fairly well at healing but not sure how to spec. Any inside information would be helpful :)

That really depends on how you like to heal. Like casting slow spells and landing big heals? Then Holy tree is sexy. Like having a ton of mana and using a lot of Flash Heals? Disc.
Something like this is a good compromise between the two:

I am so sad that everything warlocks do is art and perfection, because I'm having a hard time deciding which tree to specialize.
Destruction warlorks are awesome. But Affliction warlorks are awesome. But Demonology warlorks are awesome. WAUGH. WHAT TO CHOOSE.

I have not 100% decided yet... but I might go with something like this.
Yes, I know, I still have one point to use up. If I can't decide, I will do eenie-meenie-minie-moe ;)

Ms Aro or Mr G see if that look good for a old fart shadow priest.

And how many people are going to *forget* to respec, because they will forget that all points will be refunded? 10 bucks says I'm one of 'em...

Here's what I'm thinking for Malai: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent-bc=kbhV0oZEgGz00cReR
I picked up some PvP talents since I think I'll use him in arena skirmishes a lot.

Since I love tanking and off-tanking, I'm going to go STRAIGHT down the protection tree. Paladins get some MAD tank abilities now, including our taunt and ridiculous mana gain from healing!

Quick question. With getting all 51 points at level 60, do you not get any talent points after level 60?

You'll get points from 60 to 70. So eventually you'll have 61 points to spend.

Yup, what Gleja said. Your current 51 points (assuming level 60, adjust accordingly for your current level) will be refunded with the patch. Spend them as you wish, with the new talent trees available. As you level to 70, you'll get a new point each level until you reach 70, at which point you'll have 61 total.

dur, that makes sense. For some reason I thought we should have only had 41 points, I was all "where'd the extra 10 points come from?"
I'm gonna take math again I swear.
