The "blessed" event happens sometime at the end of May. I'm about 2 months along now. I hadn't intended to tell anyone until my second trimester, just in case, but Twist and I can't keep a secret. First we told our family, then a few of our friends, then a few MORE of our friends, and things kinda snowballed from there. I'll be getting my first ultrasound in Nov. and I'll make sure to post it.

Contrary to popular belief, Canadians do NOT lay eggs. We bear live young that then live in a pouch over the winter. Just like everybody else! :D

Here's my first ultrasound of our little dwarven hunter/gnome warrior. He's kinda hard to see but trust me he's there.

But seriously, I remember how exciting (and weird) the first ultrasound is -- so I am happy for you both (actually, you three I suppose).

My actual question to the lady doing the ultrasound was: "No multiple limbs right?" To which she pointed out to me that he has 2 arms and 2 legs. Perfect!

As to his giant penis, we won't know about that until we find out if it really is a boy or a girl. Maybe it's HER giant penis. :/ I think it's a boy, Twist thinks it's a girl.

Obviously Twist is wrong. :D
