Why is it when I want to play, Blizz comes up with something to keep me from taking my 4th toon to the Outlands? Just venting.

I thought people paid Blizzard so they could have a life.

I'm getting so confused.....

But seriously, I worked all day, then had to take a trip out of town, got the kids dinner and got their homework done. Thought I'd log in. Down. Messed around doing some other stuff. Checked again when it was supposed to be up. Down. Did some other stuff. Checked when it was supposed to be up (new time). Down. Wife came home. Caught up with her day. Did some other things. Checked when it was supposed to be up (the new new time). Down. Went to bed. Coming to work a little late due to work requirements so I check this morning. Down again.

It's the life I've got. About the only thing I can do differently is totally ignore the game, but why pay for it then?

On the other hand having a life is a good idea, so that is generally sound advice. That way these taxes I'm paying will mean something.

Maybe.

I hope.

We were all given a 3 day credit for the issues.

There is a lot of shit going on and I understand it is frustrating when the game isn't available when you want it to be, but it usually is.

Someone did the math on this. A three day credit is worth (assuming no discounts) about $1.40.

$1.40 x 11 million accounts = $15.4 million

I wonder what happens if they track down a game suspending mistake like the mail loss to the changes of a single programmer.... "We're docking your pay until you work this off!"
