Souvlaki are usually served on a stick. its just grilled cubes of chicken (Or beef I believe). But I know a few places that do serve it in a pita wrap instead.

It can also be lamb. Greeks love lamb. We went to one of the local Greek festivals a few months ago and they had whole lambs roasting on spits over open fires. Fun for the children!

there are different kinds: gyro, shawarma, souvlaki...
all are similar but still have minor differences...
