Well we have not figured out the final specs but since Calliana likes her fireballs she will be a firemage again :) . Probably going to go a 10/41/0 spec to start. As for Skypop since Calli is a firemage and I happen to have a nice purple frost ring in the vault (funny how that happened) Im going to change Pops to a frost mage, again probably going 10/0/41 to start ;D

According to the CT mod folks, there are 3 different talent sets floating around. And they don't know which one will end up in live.

So make sure to review your talent choices after you log in today. Wowhead's tool could be completely wrong.

Thanks Gleja, I noticed this myself. The warrior talents from HERE seem to match the ones I'm using in Beta. I have not had the time to check the other classes. Also since I'm stuck at work until 6, you'll all find out when you log in anyway so this is pretty much a moot point. So do what Gleja suggests and make sure you read before you click!

What about all you warlocks out there? What are you doing? I've heard many good things about Affliction for leveling, but I've been a Destruction/Demo lock for a very long time. I'm still not sold on full Demonology though.

I'm not even thinking about it. I'm going to log in later, carefully read through all the trees, then pick up my darts and let them decide! I've been Destruction for a long time now. Lots of fun! I've heard the same thing about Affliction for levelling, but I'm just going to wait and see. All I can say is this - whatever I end up with - it will probably be something off the wall that will make people go "Huh?"

I'm really tempted to go heavy down the Prot tree, but are all paladins going to do this? I mean seriously, I think everybody is going to jump at the chance to FINALLY be a viable tank. This is also what I want to do, but would a healadin be a valuable commodity post-patch? I JUST WANT TO BE LOVED!!!!!

I know Jam intends to go 51-prot, but I dunno about Ing and our other healadin friends. <3

All 3 paladin trees are now really useful. The holy tree has some great Healadin stuff in it, and if you enjoy healing, it's really cool. The Protection tree is insanely awesome now for tanking which is what I will be doing :) and the Retribution tree actually allows for a fair chunk of 2H DPS and quite a few debuffs now. Hard to decide for everyone!

Was thinking of switching from Destruction to Demonologist.... could be interesting..... of course the Affliction tree looks fun too.... but then again I like to try to outdamage Fren.... (I try...note TRY) :)

She is officially more holy than LAURIS, who split between holy and disc.
Oh, and just so you know for raid planning purposes: I think this means Ing doesn't have BoK anymore.

Once we get over the confusion, ZG should be MUCH easier. All of us will have a whole new rank of spells to use, we'll have new demons and water elementals, we'll have stacking heals, etc. But those first few pulls are going to be wacky ass.

Hell yea they are, I'm still trying to get used to the concept that I have a TAUNT. :) And while it is cast a little unusually (you cast it on the ALLY that drew aggro, not on the mob itself, but it does work immediately on up to 3 mobs and it has a very fast cooldown, 15 seconds), it appears to otherwise function just as a taunt. I was able to grab aggro off of Val and Viraj who were unloading. SWEET!

Also, since I am fully Prot, I not only have Blessing of Kings but I also have Blessing of Sanctuary which few seem to have anyway. It's kind of spiffy. :)

I think I have like 425 defense now, it's freaking crazy, along with general +10 to all weapons skills (helps white damage immensely) and multiple shield spells.

For strict accuracy purposes, I must point out that I was not really UNLOADING, per se, because I was still a sped who could not find the IMMOLATE or SHADOWBOLT buttons on my stupid default UI grrrr.

lol - it'd be really the same as with any other tank. If you're unloading, I'd be able to taunt it off of you... for about 3 seconds, and then you'd have it right back if you kept casting. :) good ole threat + 1 math!

Ok, Warlock question: I haven't respec'd yet. I'm seriously looking at the Demonology tree, because (duh) Fel Guard! For those of you who have gone that way already, any comments on it?

I'm thinking Val & Gyb went with Demonology. Viraj - I'm guessing Destruction (which I will miss greatly).
