I like how this guild is, raid if you like and if you don't well don't. I have done a little raiding and my only problem with it is the length of time it takes, with two kidos in my house i just can't give that commitment. (i know that isn't anything that you guys can help with)

That being said I like how it seems that there seems to be a good mix of people going on the runs, a few big boys (or gals) and a few newer ones. One thing I have noticed is that amount of sign ups, (just talking from observation...) it makes me wonder if more groups should be going, or going on other runs.

Not trying to shake the ship, just my observations…. :)

The only thing we really fight nastily over is cake vs. pie.

My apologies if my views came off as a bored ex-raider and I shouldn't have mentioned that I was taking a break in this thread.

In any event, I enjoyed my time in WoW and I'm glad that I rejoined VS. I really think you are underestimating the gear that the guild currently has. IMHO, VS could be attempting just about any 25-man if scheduling and coordination weren't so difficult for that many people.

Gaming for me is about challenges and learning. I'm sure I'll be more active when they launch some new content.

And I think we may look at that when we see how Gruul's goes this weekend.

I think everyone sounds like a jerk by accident sometimes! Myself included of course! It is hard to get an actual feeling across on the interwebs without sounding bitchy and angry.

I think also this whole thread has served to show what the officers are CONSTANTLY JUGGLING. Because seriously, some people ARE tragically bored with the instances that other players are just learning, or still find exciting, and the officers have to find some way to juggle that. And that is hard and sucks for them, especially when someone is cranky.

A plan has been formulated... and will be implemented shortly. Keep in mind that every time we try something new we are aware that it might not work. And we will tweak our strategy if needed. So please feel free to suggest alternative strategies if you see it is not working. But please give it a couple of weeks at least to see if we're on the right track. Then you can recommence betching.

I was creeping Shadian out with my last one so I had to change it. :)

The all-in-one Kara was awesome! I know the day group cleared it and the night group came pretty close (close enough that we were able to put together an inpromtu group to go get it later.

I think that may be a good idea to continue. I realize it probably wouldn't be a weekly event, but I think it would be a cool way to do Kara every other week.

I don't think we'd have the DPS for The Curator but we may be able to handle Opera. Might be a frustrating run though :)
