That is probably the most awesome family photo ever. Your mom looks like she is about to explode from happy. I would definitely frame that and put it on the mantle.

That pic is amazing Hom!
Malcolm McDowell was the only one I met over the weekend. I had to pay $40 for my signed Clockwork Orange poster. I stammered out a few lines of "I'm so glad you came blah blah blah", but I was hammered so I probably wierded him out.
Turns out he's a perv. Blatantly grabbed my friend Kori's ass. She felt honored.

Actually, Kari was there last year. She was very cool, although I don't have a picture I just sat and watched the Myth Busters panel that she did with Grant and Tori. It was a blast.

Adam was there this year. He was hilarious and awesome. And he made fun of Jamie.
On a note related to Myth Busters, Jamie Hyneman was raised in my relatively small town of Columbus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jamie_Hyneman
If you are into fascinating reading, you can read about my small town here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Columbus,_Indiana
Woo-Wee. Do I know how to have fun or what?

Good old Camp Atterbury. When I was a ROTC cadet, in conjunction with a National Guard helicopter battalion, we planned an air assault mission from the Ohio State campus into Atterbury for a weekend exercise. Operation 'Hoosier Daddy'. 4 UH-60 Blackhawks landing in a parking lot in the middle of campus, right across the street from the Varsity Club, a popular bar. I'll never forget the utterly confused looks on the faces of the patrons there. Good times.
Camp Atterbury has really grown the last few years. It's a major deployment area now (so I hear). I also think there is a mock town used to train soldiers in fighting middle-eastern insurgents. I've heard some of the local young adults can get summer work between classes playing the part of insurgents.
I appreciate your service, Brendar (again).

As much as I like Felica Day I have to say that movie sounds horrible.

I'll have to agree, most of the ones I've seen have been pretty bland.

I have to say that a bunch of the Syfy/SciFi mini series's have been really good.
The Dune mini's were quite cool.
And SyFy's Alice was amazingly cool. (IMHO, better than the Tim Burton one that was just released.)
As for the Saturday movies, they really haven't started with any cool concepts before, and generally they suck. This movie will probably suck. BUT it has Felicia Day! I mean, really, how can I not watch it?
