Ohhhh how I would love to quit my job...I like what I do, and I like who I work with...hell I even like my boss. But the whole management shit that goes on with everyone above my boss. Boy would I have fun giving my notice :)

I was actually really nice about it. My boss apologized for "failing me" and it was a nice conversation. I feel bad for the guys because his boss is a huge dick.
