Bren, let me know what your travel plans are. I'm pretty flexible.... I can travel Thursday or Friday without problem, and was planning on Monday for return travel.

We will most likely fly in to wherever Thursday and then return Monday.

Twist and I are planning to drive down Thursday. We're going to stay at my aunt's place, that's usually where we stay when we visit Toronto.

I'm totally excited for this trip! WHEEEEeeeeEEEEE!

Wabo and I will be going, will probally be driving, unless we get an amazing kick ass flight deal. :) We are still looking into where we will be staying.

Ok guys, the party is in Khros' room. I got the suite! It was booked but my assistant keep hounding them until they had a cancelation.

But if you get my thrown out of the hotel then Khros will bottle your soul and never give it back...

I live in a suburb about 30 mins or so outside of downtown Toronto. Let me know when and where and I'll try to make sure i'll be there :)

Guys - please update me on your arrival and departure times/dates so we can come up with a plan of action regarding activites during the weekend. Also, please advise where you will be staying and whether or not you will have a vehicle.

The Don and I will be sharing a room with Ing and Linn. Boys...don't be jealous of The Don. Luck just follows him wherever he goes. :D

Right now it looks like I will be arriving in YYZ at 3:45pm on Friday and leaving 10:10am Monday. Staying at the Cambridge Suites Hotel.

I haven't booked yet though, I am giving my mom another chance to send me my birth certificate before I try wrestling with the state to get a copy.

That hotel is a great location! Just a few blocks north of me. And it looks reasonably priced, too.

Doesn't look like anyone is driving through Chicago for this. I probably won't know if I can afford this until it gets closer to May. I certainly hope I can.

I arrive in Toronto Pearson at 8:43pm Wednesday night - May 21st. I will be renting a car. I will get an SUV for extra space to cart people around.

I leave Toronto the following Tuesday at 2:40pm. I have some business I can do in Toronto before and after the weekend which is the reason for my early arrival and late departure.

Our plan so far: Twistle and I will arrive on Thursday. We'll most likely be staying at my aunt's place. She lives in the outskirts of Toronto. We'll probably leave Sunday.

This plan is subject to changes, however, since the closing date for our condo is May 28. If we have any trouble or anything we'll be sure to let you guys know. Also, there's a comic book convention on Sunday and it's one of the big ones that's put on twice a year. I'm still trying to decide weither or not I want to go or even if I can go.

Anyway, that's our plan so far. :)

Where is Novotel Toronto Centre in relationship to you? It's a little cheaper for me to stay the extra day and leave on Tuesday.

The Novotel is very close to me. 5 minute walk. So that would be a good option too.
