I kinda figured someone would have asked by now where Sapph and I got our signatures from... maybe no one likes them or cares.
If this is true, then this just may not be the post for you. If you'd like to make your own, here's how:
1: Hop over here and plug in your character info but don't click "Submit" yet.
2: Right now the armory only shows select info about your characters. www.Figureprints.com is able to lift extra info such as your character's hairstyle, skin colour, and facial expressions... but other sites don't have that luxury just yet so you're gonna have to enter it yourself.
3. Check the "Customization" box and start fiddling with the options to make the image look like your character. This part can be a little annoying since it runs pretty slow.
4. Click Submit
5. Now you'll be presented with 2 images and dynamic links to them. One is a close up and one is a full sized shot. I prefer the full sized since the text of the close up looks like hell and you can only see the shoulders and helm.
6. You can link to either picture by using "http://grumpycoder.net/signatures/THIS IS WHERE THE GENERATED NUMBER GOES/" followed by either "signature.jpg" or "avatar.jpg"
7. If you want to use it as your signature you can do so in your "User CP" options. I've made my images link to my armory page and the easiest way to explain it is to just use mine as an example.

Keep in mind that this whole green section should have no spaces in it. I only added them so that it wouldn't show the picture and would instead show the text.
8. If you want to use more than one, as I have, make sure that all the code is connected without spaces or hard returns. If you put each character on a separate line it they will show up on top of each other and take up all kinds of space.
And that's it! It will update fairly frequently though not immediately. When you log off the armory is supposed to update but I find that it doesn't 100% of the time. I think the images cache for a certain amount of time as well so sometimes the changes in the pictures don't reflect your armory right away.
Enjoy

Figure Prints are pretty cool. I actually got to place my order with them last week and they are currently working on Dalwin. I can't wait to get him :)

I also didn't post this right away because the Armory and the Sig Generator had been buggy.
Figures that as soon as I post this, my sig stops working.

This is indeed cool.
However, my problem lies in step 3. How exactly does one customize one's appearance? Where do the numbers go??
Wait...duh...just got it.
