I'm seriously pondering dropping my leatherworking ways from Linnaris, at long last, because frankly I THINK I WANT SOME GOGGLES AND SOME (never functional) JUMPER CABLES.

My question to you all is, is anyone sticking with their LW to make use of the sweet new patterns that drop in 2.4? I know it used to be me, Fox, and a couple of our droods, but Fox has since moved on to other uberprofessions. If no one else who is regularly around with a high LW skill, I'll take one for the team and stick around to make those sweet, sweet BoE gloves for folks if we ever get the patterns. Anyone out there still cranking out leg armors and drums?

I plan on sticking with LW mainly because I don't feel like leveling up another profession. So, feel free to drop it and make those jumper cables, which at the very least are fun at parties!

I haven't checked out the new 2.4 patterns, I guess I should get on that.

Here's all the new junk, with some nice and extremely blooflike epic leather armor sets.

I just started LW on my druid but he is only lvl 28 with lvl 197 LW. I will be there someday but not at the moment. Enginnering is sweet though.

I know that I haven't been on much of late but I'd just like to state that I will never drop leatherworking. I don't know why, I just really like it. I'm hoping that, once we settle into a home and I can get a proper computer desk, that I'll be able to start really focussing on Oriole's leatherworking and get some kick ass patterns!

Clump is LW, but he's only 330-ish at this point. I don't see changing him away from it, as I have other professions covered on other toons.

I kept lojac at 375 LW, because I needs me some leg armor kits, annndd I have all other professions covered now. Other than the legging kits I use it for nothing else. Which btw, if anyone needs a leg kit, and has the nether. I will be happy to craft these for you.

I'm sticking with LW on Lilsum, I enjoy the profession. I gotta check out those new craftablesmmmmmm.....

I'll also still be a LW. I need it to wear the ugly LW caster set, and I like being able to make the armour kits and drums and such. Also, similar to Ras, just the thought of leveling some other profession makes me hurt. Sadly, though, there is no new druid dps gear.

She's low 50s right now but I know Carla is going to keep up LW on her toon, Trianna
