So, with the 2.4 changes to Nurturing Instinct, I started thinking about what I would give up to get it. The idea of improving heals based on my agility is -awesome-. Beam walks around with a lot of +agi gear, so any heals casted would get a significant boost. This is very cool for PvP. The second part of NI is that while in cat form, incoming heals get an across the board boost of 20%. Good for me while I'm in DPS as it'll tax healers less. Though, an interesting twist is that this impacts ILoP. So, if in cat form, anyone in my group would see ILoP healing them for an additional 20% when they crit.

I've decided to get rid of Savage Fury. I mainly use mangle as a debuff, not for its direct damage. I think the additional heal is more than worth the trade off.

Note the nugget in this last link:
The healing from HoTs is calculated at each tick, and if you switch to Cat form while affected by a HoT, NI will increase the healing done to you.
Pop out of cat form, cast a big HoT, then shift back for great healing!

Also sine Savage is buffs only Cat I guess it depends what your major focus will be, Cat or Bear.

But it does look like the best place to trade off, I agree.

Only thing is when I normally heal I am in healing gear and therefore don't have the agi from my kitty gear. I will have to read more on it.
