I was thinking of dropping mining (since Twistle already max his mining) on Candlejack

Candle is an engineer.

Any suggestions?

Or maybe jewelcrafting, to take advantage of the ore that Twistle mines?

Really depends what you are planning to do. If you are more of less done leveling you Engineering then you can drop mining, though it is still good money.

I aggree with Gleja JC would be a good fit, though you will have to increase you mining output on Twist to keep up with Candle demands.

Enchanting is a possibility but you are going to have to farm a lot to get stuff to DE to level it. But having a DE in the end can generate some good cash when you start selling off mats you don't need.
