Heck, go to Felwood and farm bears there. The bear flanks that drop are awesome for raising your cooking to 300 now (there are recipes you can buy in Felwood that were just put in the game with 2.4, meant to help people raise their cooking without needing to use fish).

Thank you. I got my cooking up to 288 with those bears and then bought some Darkclaw lobster on the AH. Now i'm 300
