Moving this to VS Eyes only. Not so sure we're all comfortable having our pics on an open forum so please refrain from posting any pics of others until we have figured out a way to share them amongst the VS Festers.

I don't mind the people who were there seeing them but I know I'm not the only one that would prefer pics (especially ones like this one) stay among the people who were there.
Maybe we can turn this thread into a discussion of the best way to share the pics.
Please feel free to post pictures of yourself in the screenshots gallery if you'd like to but until we know if people are comfortable... don't post pics of others please.

I can host the Pictures and Video without going to a 3rd party
I have a friend that will host it on his linux machine
Hes out of town right now ( coming back on Sunday)
I just need some time ( with the move and all ) shouldn't take that long

That would be great.
I'd like it to be something that needs a password that we can give out to everyone that was there.
There are probably a handful of people that are totally fine with their pictures being posted.... but I know some people are shy... and making someone feel uncomfortable that their image is posted out of their control isn't worth it.
And once we get something a little more private set up you guys can post all the Fox in drag pics you want :P

I've used a tool called Gallery for similar situations and have found it to be very useful.

Albums can be password protected. Users can be given a wide variety of roles (see, edit, print, etc). It's free and the install is pretty easy.

For right now, I've added a special category in our "Screenshots" section for those that attended to access/upload. I've not got everyone added into the usergroup yet but give me about 30 mins to get that finished.

I do appologize for jumping the gun. I thought it was alright since there was that pic of Fox kissing Kae was posted as an avatar. I shall wait for the official site uploading thingy to get underway before posting more. Sorry!:doh:

If we can do it all on the site that would be easiest. I know it's a pain to have to email all pics to one person then have them upload everything...
And then people can publicly post pics of themselves if they like. Or make them into avatars. :D

If you're in one of the pics posted and you don't mind other people seeing them then say so in a comment of it. If everyone in a pic is cool with it then we'll share it with others :)
