Why not create a guildAHMule to sell the stuff that has sat unused for a certain amount of time? The money that is made could be used on hookers (any flavour) and ale (preferably a blonde or redhead with nice bite but no aftertaste)?

We could do that, yes. Sometimes I just go sell it myself. Especially if there is an item we seem to have a lot of.

We do regularly empty out crap. And will continue doing so. And a lot of the duplicates (especially herbs) I keep on VSAlchemy.

We were thinking of giving away the crap as prizes at the next guild event. But then Fox pointed out that people would most likely re-deposit them into the guild bank after the event. So we scrapped that idea. :D

I took several pieces out and sold them on the AH. And then I PROFITED. THANKS!

BTW, what is the guild bank policy for requesting items? Is it a take what you need system or does it have to go through some sort of request/approval process?

There are some tabs that you can freely take items from, though there is a limit set.
There are a few that are "by request." "Special Items" and "Crafty Heaven" are the ones, I think. I'd have to go double-check.

I think the only one that is not open to all guildies is the special items tab. But you can always ask an officer if there's something in there you need.
