So someone sent me mats for this but it said unknown for the sender and there was not anything in the message. Just wanted to know who I needed to send the goody bag to :)

That usually means the character transfered or was deleted. It could do that on a name-change, but I am not sure.

when you change your name all mail and friends list automatically change too.
