I have been annointed as one my agency's host/admins.; does anyone use this app. on a common enough basis that I could pick their brain as to how robust it actually is?

I find that you folks are exponentially more adept than the norm that I have to use as a testbed around here (including me before Wednesday, usually).

We use it quite regularly here for giving product demonstrations and presentations over the net. I've used it a few times for remote support sessions and it seems quite reliable / stable and reasonably fast. Not quite up to remote desktop, but not far from....

I use it everyday for the past.... something like 5to 7 years...

I personally hate it but it still does the job, it's just compared to other products out there this is the worst.

I use LogMeIn since it came out years ago also and it's still the best out there.

WebEx can make cake...and it is on contract; so cake + contract = rad
