If you didn't spend much time at 60 before Burning Crusade hit, you probably have plenty of quests you can do to get your Argent Dawn up high enough for Naxxramas attunement quickly, especially at 70. But if you find that you still need some rep, or if (like me) you're well on your way to exalted and you want to grind the rest out to get attuned for free, you have some easy ways to get rep quickly.
I did a full solo clear of Scholomance on Sunday and netted (I think) 17 assorted scourgestone turn-ins. You get 50 rep per turn-in and 100 rep for the valor token you get as a reward. Almost all the mobs in Scholomance also give you 2 rep at level 70. Bosses give 10 and Ras Frostwhisper gives 100. Some of the bosses don't drop scourgestones, but I don't remember which.
This took a really, really long time.
I also spent some time in Stratholme and figured out an easy route to farm Corruptor's Scourgestone quickly. Rep from trash mobs in Strat is sporadic at 70, so if you want to hang out in there, farming the scourgestones is the way to go.
1. Go in the back gate.
2. Clear the first pack of trash and move through the archway through the left.
3. If Hearthsinger is right there, kill him. If not, follow the curve of the instance around counterclockwise, skirting most of the mobs. Eventually, you'll find him somewhere along Festival Lane. Take his scourgestone. And his woolies. Wear his woolies if you can wear mail. Take a screenshot.
4. At the narrow spot at the top of Festival Lane, kill The Unforgiven.
5. Backtrack, skirting all the mobs, and kill the three bosses at the ziggurats (these are the green circles on the map).
6. If you're so inclined, also kill the Magistrate just outside the big gate to the slaughterhouse (the big room full of abominations, if you're not familiar with the instance). If you're still inclined, kill all the abominations -- their scourgestone rate is pretty good -- then kill Ramstein the Gorger. If you're in a group, keep on going to kill the Baron. If you're not and you can still kill the Baron, you're way more leet than me.
This will net you 8-12 turn-ins of assorted scourgestones.
Of course, you can also make your way through the live side of Strat to kill Timmy for his scourgestone, but I found that to be more effort than it was worth when I could just do the route above and reset. I also only saw one of the rare spawns one time, so get really excited if you find one.
