I just got this ticket at work. I couldn't believe it.
"New Ticket: sending an email
every time a start a new sentence in my email, it capitalizes the first letter automatically.
Can you please tell me how to change it?

JUST TELL HER TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS, THEN IT WON'T BOTHER HER SO MUCH.

I saw a screenshot of a ticket the other day that said "Word closes out completely when clicking the red X."

LOL, that is so funny. The only time that bothers me is when I'm trying to type up instructions for firewall and load balancer configurations and it changes:
interface to Interface
and
exit to Exit
(other things like that)
Sometimes bothersome but I wouldn't generate a ticket to gripe about it. I'd just figure out how to turn this little annoyance off...
