Hey Fox.. you got a little ketchup on your face.
Rad...
I wish that something like that could take place where I live.
God I hate the south.

I KNEW IT.
Well, okay, I was pegging you as nosferatu rather than zombies.
But still.
Brains, blood. The only difference is that one is chunky.

Nah, don't do that. Love the South. Own it. I've lived in the South my whole life, and I've helped host a pub crawl of costumed pirates for the last four years.

Well there ya go.
I've lived most regions of the US and in Europe. I hate the south. Doesn't mean I hate you, just the region. Sorry.

There are plenty of things to hate about the South. There are plenty of things I hate about the South. But the inability to have a bunch of weirdness walking down the street is not one of those things.
I'd rather be the change I want to make than write something off as "I hate it." And besides, where else can somebody grow up eating homemade Brunswick stew every fall after participating in making said stew in a 30-gallon cast-iron pot held up by a NASCAR wheel and stirring it with an oar?

Awesome pictures! Reminds me of the Zombie Halloween Party my friends had last year.
I still wish Memphis would have a Zombie Walk.

And that is a great attitude. That turning-your-back attitude tends to piss me off. Like people who get fed up with politics in the US and say "I'm going to live overseas". I have a couple of successful friends that moved back to our hometown after a few years chasing their careers to settle down and make an impact on where we were from. Thats very admirable in my eyes. I do, however, have sympathy for people who just can't take it anymore, no matter how hard they try- I'm looking at you, Pils.

Hey guys look!
Zombies!
Zombies!

My apologies for unwittingly derailing your absolutely cool thread, Fox.
I should have stated in my region of the south, the indigenous inhabitants are not as open-minded as the more metropolitan southern areas about zombies; and would probably brand it as "satanic" or some other nonsense. Halloween here has been perverted to "fall harvest festivals" and the such.
I live in a place where folks get their kicks swilling "natty light" and throwing frozen mullet in distance contests.
I WANT MORE ZOMBIE PICTURES!

I totally know how you feel. I grew up in a town with no stoplights. The county seat is so small that its only bank is in a double-wide trailer. My next home was in rural Appalachia in a town with less than 2,000 people, and after that I graduated to a town of 70,000 people. It wasn't until the last 4 or 5 years that I lived in a major metropolitan area. I actually went back and looked at your app to see where you were from before I posted my comment to make sure you weren't from a tiny tiny place I had never heard of, so I apologize for coming to the wrong conclusion about whether a zombie walk would be possible where you live.
I WANT MORE ZOMBIE PICTURES!
HEY SO DO I.
I live in a place where folks get their kicks swilling "natty light"
And that's all I have to say about that.

It was a really fun event and the number of people that showed up was pretty amazing.
This video is far too long but if you watch the first minute or so you'll get an idea of just how many people showed up :)

We started a Zombie Walk on UA campus last summer as part of a Zombies in Media class that I wasn't even in. Sadly, all of our zombies could fit in one tiny room. I like the mob.

I think Necrolust should be kept away from zombies. Could get messy.
Yeah. I'm moving. Shut up, Bren.
