I know some of you have real life businesses and interests that you like to share with VS (such as the Coffee Shop of Horrors that we are currently all excited about :)).
I was suggesting to Killian that perhaps we should dedicate a place on the site where we could post links to websites of our real life endeavours. If there is enough interest I think I can convince him to do this. Well, I'll likely owe him a couple of lapdances but I'm willing to do that for you guys. <3

I'm so glad to hear your willing to give the Don lap dances for us...
now I have to figure out what I can do to get on that list...
On a more serious note, I ussually thing things like the coffee shop post belong in the "Town Square," actually but that location is public. So when posting a "discount code" I wanted to be sure it was only visible by those who are supposed to have access to it.
The question is, does there need to be a separate private thread for Online stuff from RL stuff.
Other than a more specific place to look for things, I'm not sure what this achieves.
On the other hand, I think I may feel better about posting things pertaining to RL in a RL thread, not a guild-business thread...

I would love a Real Life Town Square, and I'm sure The Don would love a lapdance.

Lessons in selective quotation. I'll be waiting in my room, Sapph.

Here's one scenario: 12 months from now Brendar comes back from Iraq and decides that he is ready to order coffee from... "What was the name of that place again?... um... hmm... dammit... OH, I know! I'll look in that new place Killian set up and find exactly what I was looking for!"
Another example: Fox often links his music on the forums and people might not remember the name of his band or the name of the song that they want to find, but again, he can have a link in that new place that everyone can easily find.
Yes, people could do a "search" and try to find these threads in the forums but I thought it would just be kinda nice to have a place where we could find the links easily.
And we could probably make it just "VSEyes Only" access... I think. But that might cost me another lapdance.

I'm offended. I offer lapdances all the time and no one takes me up on them!
