Just for Val, from the guide. Holy DPS FTW!
How to Spec for Leveling:
For leveling in WotLK, I recommend speccing holy. The reasoning is that this has the potential to have the least downtime combined with a high single-target DPS.

I am all about this! I spec'd Homreker as Holy all the way from level 10 to 70.
Holy DPS is full of win!
