DO NOT miss getting this Achievement and doing the follow up quests. Blizz did an awesome job on this...WoW really means WOW!

Here's my question about achievements: you get points for them, but what can you do with the points? Is that something to come in the future?

Oh I get that but the points seem odd. I mean, an achievement is an achievment. Can you imagine that at your job you get recognized for only missing 20 days last year (instead of that stupid no unexcused abscences award :rolleyes: ) and it says on it that you get 10 achievement points? I'd be like what the hell do I do with these points? And my employer would be like, we don't know but can you come in early and stay late and were going to need you to come in Saturday and come in Sunday too because we're a little bit behind and we're going to sort of play, catch-up. Mkay?

I do believe they said something at one point about how your points will either enable you to buy stuff or unlock certain vanity pets. Other than that, the points are there to measure e-peens. :P

I have the feeling alot of people are betting these points will be worth more someday, I would not be surpised.

I have noticed this and been similarly annoyed.

I had to hotkey the 'bitchslap' emote.

I've thrown it out in guild chat before, but will repost here. I ran into the tailor trainer in Dalaran who said he is looking for someone worthy to teach new recipes too (2 cloaks). To get one recipe you need to be a Northrend Dungeon Master, and to get the other, you need to be a Northren Loremaster. This so far is the only realy ingame "need an achievement" to get "fill in the blank".
