Until tax season at least. I had thought my computer was fixable, but it isn't. Or at least, fixing it wouldn't be very cost effective. So I need to buy a new one, but since the holidays have done snuck up and smacked my on the butt, I won't have the fundage for a new system until I file. Thank god for the new deductible...er I mean baby.

So while I dream, if any of you guys have suggestions on very friendly computers, feel free to share your knowledge. My skill goes about as far as turning on the power button and saying Ooohhh Pretty.

My suggestion, if you want easy and a good price, is to get someone who can translate the jargon to sit down with you and take a look through the Dell outlet.

They are mostly refurbished machines, but I have never had a problem with them and god knows I've used loads of 'em. They even come with a 1 year standard warranty. And often times you can find a 15% off coupon making them an even better deal.
