Before you go into a dungeon, you can use this site to see who in your group is most likely to want specific upgrades.
Say that I know that I'm going to HoL with Agnes, Lyranne, Shailaja and Foxfyr. I can use Loot Council to see that if the Mantle of Electrical Charges drops, then Agnes will most likely want it. But if Volkhan's Hood drops, then Shailaja and I will have to fight other for it.
Kind of neat!
