A note to everyone in the guild that we love.
I realize that sometimes it may seem like this thing is running itself in whatever direction it wants to with no one steering. Things happen, it changes, it morphs, and it seems that no one does anything about it.
I just want to take a moment to tell you all that that is intentional. Lux, Sapphyre, and I do our best to keep every single concern out of the public eye so that you guys can just come and play and have fun. When one of you is upset we try to deal with it before it can turn into something unmanageable. Sometimes the concerns are founded and we deal with them and sometimes people are overreacting and we try to work with them to make sure we continue to all have a good time together.
This little bump on the road came from a post that was made two weeks ago. When the post went up, we knew it was an issue right away and addressed it in the Director's forums. We also had a meeting with all the directors last week to try to figure out how to work together to keep this guild running in the direction we've all come to know and love.
Don't post things you can't take back. Come to us with concerns... there is a good chance we are already aware of them and perhaps knowing that you share them will make it easier to deal with in the long run.

Oh.... and we're not taking all the concerns and sweeping them under the concern rug. Lots of PMs today and we're trying to answer all of them and make the guild stronger than it was before..... with bigger biceps... and bulging calf muscles... and huge.... tracts of land.

I'm recalling the day Brown ruined an entire Kara run by infecting the raid group with his bad raid i.d. He really is the Agent Smith of the WoW matrix.
