So without giving too much away, there is a daily quest in this zone that can be pretty frustrating.
If you want to be able to do it with ease, pick up the addon EasySerum. Voila! Easy Argent Crusade Rep :)

The patch brings even more reason to do this quest. Rep for doing it under 20 minutes went from 350 to 500.
