My two favorites won as well as 8 others I'd never seen before. I highly recommend buying the DVD from Amazon.com as it comes with 2 commentary tracks that are worth the cost of the DVD alone.

The first is a normal commentary with actors and Joss.

The second is Commentary! The Musical. Which is a full length musical about the musical. It's pretty awesome.
