A coworker asked me that the other day and I thought he meant "in game."

So he showed me this great website called Woot.com that has a deal per day... since then I've been very hooked. Every so often they have a "Woot-off" where they go through the stock room and sell out what is left from other days (they are doing that today.)

As an example of the deals, earlier they had a $339 Roomba for $139. For about 5 minutes this morning they had a really nice remote controlled helecopter for $40 (original retail was around $200). Its pretty neat at any rate.

I have them in my RSS reader, but I only rarely buy anything from them. I've used Wine Woot once as well.

Oh, I haven't bought anything yet... oddly my dad did.

Last week they had an underwater diving propeller thing for pulling yourself along when SCUBA diving. I sent him to the site and he bought one. Apparently one of his had broken recently anyway, so it worked out.

And he got it for about half the price he would have otherwise...

But I haven't found anything I really wanted. I would have like to get that helicopter but as soon as I clicked it was gone...

Woot is the best thing since birth control pills.

I used to woot back in college, but now that I've grown up a little I just don't feel the need to woot anymore.

I still Woot several times a day. Sometimes with an audience.

Too late - he already knows about it. Fortunately, he forgets to check it regularly, so we're managing to hold onto our cash. For now...
