heads up! Looks like everyone got what looks a whole lot like an in-game fisher email from Fren

Not sure what to do about it but I wanted to get the FYI out there so it can be checked out

I've changed the passwords on my accounts to be sure, but the last login information on them both shows about the times I logged into them last night. Unless the account management stuff is slow to update (which is possible) I don't think anyone's logged into the accounts since I did. Which toon did you get the email from and what did it say?

I don't think I got a mail from Fren. I haven't checked all my toons, but no mail so far.

There have been scams going around where a player will make a toon that looks like an officer but is slightly different and sends out mail.

Frenial would be a good target for this since they could make the "i" with the accent instead of the dot.

I'll log in and see if I got a similar message.

I got the message on Fox.

It is indeed an imposter. The "i" has an accent up to the left instead of a real "i"

I'll report the sender, but no need for anyone to panic :)

In any event, good job being on the alert for it, C-Rob, and letting us know. Even if it was a false alarm, it's better to have the warning.
