Hey guys.

Perseous' account has been hacked. The toons that were in the guild have been removed and I spoke to the guild leader that Perseous was in and they also removed his toons.

I've spoken with Dalwin and Perseous is taking the neccessary actions to get his account back but to my knowledge he hasn't yet.

Apparently he asked for a guild invite today. Don't let him back in until we get word that it is actually in Perseous' control again.

Perseous has been renamed to Toyeul.

I spoke with him today and he has regained control of the account (and added the authenticator to his Battle.net account).

Interestingly enough - this is the first time I have EVER heard of Blizzard returning the account OVER THE PHONE. They did not make him go through the account retreival fax which was unusual. I suspect this may be because Fox already entered a ticket and pointed them toward his chat log with Toyeul.

Thanks for everyone's alertness in identifying the "douchebag" as Fox has referred to him :)

I really wish I knew why all Toyeul did was run around Crystalsong Forest. What's so important about that place?

That is disturbing...I certainly hope it was Perseous who sent me a tell and referred to me as "Pils".

I for one am a big fan of using our special password for such cases.

This guy was hilarious. Apparently, although he did not touch Perseous' gear and items, he did use the account to put a bunch of other stuff on the AH. Perseous just got online to a mailbox with several thousand gold in it from completed auctions.

This guy was a real tool. I don't get why he would funnel stuff to an account that was so obviously going to get recovered.
