Going to create a poll to see how everyone wants to handle the sharing of pics...

I don't know if it would be convenient / reasonable, but perhaps an area could be made in the screenshots section for the pictures? (Don needs more work to do. Really!) Restrict it to VS members only and that eliminates privacy issues and having to register emails and such on other sites.
If people want to post pics on facebook that might be fun too, but screen 'em first just in case people involved would rather not have those pics posted.

Fren's idea is fine too, if we have enough server space. The downside though is the lack of a bulk upload ability (unless I'm missing something), which would probably make people hesitant to share more than the cream of the crop, and I want it all!

I wasn't there and would like to see as much of the fun as possible, but I too think that Fren's idea is the best.

I can host them all either on my server of on smugmug. Password protect them so that only VSers can see them. No need to share emails or anything. You can just upload them to my ftp site and you are good to go.

I think the best way is looking like Picasa... Personally, I would rather have control over my pics and be able to choose who gets to see them rather than having ALL of VS having access. And then maybe I would choose a few "cream of the crop" pics to share on Facebook or on this site so others can see them. Let's see how the votes go over the next couple of days and then decide.

OK, I hope I'm not jumping the gun here, but my Picasa album can be seen here. If anyone objects to any of the photos, please let me know and I'll remove it or them ASAP. This album was set up as an "unlisted" album so, although you don't need a password or an invite to access it, you need to know the exact URL (which is impossible to guess) to see it.

Here's some pics from my camera. As wih Rastus, please let me know if you want any of these to come off the album. I have some other shots but don't think they are appropriate for mass consumption without permission from others so I might add more later on if everyone in them is cool with it.
