THIS has been the high point of my morning so far. My favorite director + my favorite addiction = WIN (I hope).

This has bee kicked around for a while, I'm glad it's got someone with some follow-through now. Should be good!
That being said, I don't think it should be live action.

I think it would be interesting to see where he goes with this. There is just so much to the warcraft universe that (imo) it would be exceedingly difficult to do the franchise justice in a 2hr movie.

I can neither confirm nor deny the rumors of an Agnes and Beam sex scene.

Maub and I have been speculating for months (or is that years now?) about which actor's/actresses would best portray various races within the game. I personally thing the following examples would work:
Jessica Alba as a female Draenei
Michael Clark Duncan as a male Draenei
John Rhys-Davies as a male Dwarf...duh!
Brona C Titley as a female dwarf
Orlando Bloom of course as a male BE
Calista Flockhart as a female BE
Humans, Orcs, and Tauren could be played by anyone simply because Orcs and Tauren would require so much make-up that you really couldn't tell who it was underneath and, well, humans are humans of course.
I can't think of anyone who would make a really good NE...any ideas?

Megan Fox...Human Lork. All others will pale in comparison.

Thinking again, do you guys know of any really good native american actors? The night Elves have that First Nations kinda-of bone structure...Maybe the chick who played in the live-action Pocahontas?
What do you guys think?

I don't know. I don't think he would be my first choice. He did a great job in loTR and all, but that guy is a monster and they used a ton of camera tricks to make him look short. I think there are people that could do as well without as much effort.

Of course, the question on my mind is what role will Bruce Campbell play.
