I finally finished the bulk of the new site. To implement the last bit, I have to bring us down for a bit.

That picture is probably the single biggest thing that pushed me to get the site done.

Application is fixed. Wiki and Arcade added into forums navbar. There are still a couple of other little things I'll be adding but nothing major. Mainly just nitpicking.
