For those of you that don't use outfitter, I have a couple reasons you may want to start.

The newest revision allows you to set up some pretty sweet automations.

Flame Leviathan:

When I mouse over a vehicle, outfitter will put on my iLvl outfit automagically. It will also take it off when I exit the vehicle.

Jousting:

When I mouse over any of the mounts at the tournament (as well as the ones in 5 man ToC and the citadel jousting area), it will equip my lance for 5 seconds. If I don't mount it will put my normal outfit back on and if I do mount it will also take off the lance when I dismount.

Fishing:

This one was a little harder for me to set up. I use it in conjunction with Fishing Buddy and Autobar. I have a macro on my autobar that will equip my fishing outfit in one click (/outfitter wear Fishing Buddy). When Fishing Buddy sees that I have a fishing rod equipped it will allow me to double click on water to cast - and will use a lure first if I have one in my inventory or if I have a weather-beaten fishing hat. If I am attacked my fishing rod will temporarily switch to my weapons until I leave combat (check "disable while in combat" in the outfit's dropdown menu). And finally when I mount it will put my normal outfit back on!

Not sure if I'd dig the mouseover, though. I use nifty detailed tooltips that tell me all kinds of information about the mob/player so I think I'd be constantly switching gear :)

I'll check it out, though. Also fishing buddy sounds like it might be a better option than FishermansFriend which has the same features as yours but does not utilize fishing clothes automatically.

The only thing the mouseover triggers is the lance and the iLvl sets. And the only time I'd ever be close to those things is when I'd want to equip those sets anyway.
