www.wow.com just posted a fantastic article on having the right attitude in PUGs.

We have usually made it our goal to have this type of attitude but with all the random heroics everyone has been running lately, it's really easy to forget that some people are new. It's even easier when everyone you ever randomly group up with are racing to dps/heal/tank faster and faster.

Last night Shadian and I experienced The Little Tank that Couldn't in a CoH pug, and I was quick to suggest (in private) we initiate the kicking procedure... until the dude started chatting with us, very polite and obviously knew the fights and was actually making suggestions to me as a new-to-CoH healer that were constructive. We powered through it, beat the boss, and put that guy several badges closer to a real tanking set (he was in all blues and greens). I know this is like the one case out of a hundred where it wasn't some hateful tard, but giving people the benefit of the doubt within reason can pay off.
