Levva, who codes the very awesome enhancement shaman addon ShockAndAwe has written up a nice FAQ for Enhancement Shaman DPS, updated to reflect the changes in 3.3. Read it here. I made a few changes to rotation and gems and I can tell a huge difference. Once I get used to the changes and stop fumbling my hotkeys it will be awesome!

I hear other classes talking up Rawr, but haven't personally played with it. Going to try to get that going today.
