aka 'Mango Mocha Lattetini'

In a large shaker, combine over ice:

3 oz Roses Mango Martini Mix
3 oz Starbucks Coffee Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Stolichnaya Vodka
6 oz cold brewed Starbucks coffee

Shake well and pour into a coffee mug

Add Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur to taste.

I made this outstanding discovery last night when Rastus demanded a drink 'with some vodka in it'. I saw the mango and the starbucks and immediately thought of Xan. I'll make it for you next time we meet, buddy.

If you add the bailey's in before you shake it, it makes it quite frothy and a little more latte-like.

Sorry, I'm an anal lawyer. That's my marketable skill.

I can confirm that this drink was fantastic. Of course, after an 8 hour flight delay in Atlanta, I was very thirsty...

I've heard of a few lawyer specialties (trade lawyer, divorce lawyer, etc) - but 'anal lawyer' is a first.

Is an anal lawyer one who "specializes in clients who are REAL assholes"?

That mix really sounds outstanding. My coffee is much better than Starbucks; so I have high hopes for this. I also have forestalled sex for good vodka; and I will do it again.

I can verify The Xanfien is awesome. As is pretty much anything that Bren makes.

I'm just amused that a drink got made in honor of a guy that rarely drinks. :)

Xan - looks like your mango/mocha insanity may actually become popular after all!
