So, I have been having connection issues with my laptop. The manufacturer cliams it is an ISP issue. The ISP says they tried everything, it must be a hardware issue. Finally, I got a service tech that was able to understand the problem and authorized an RMA. I was very impressed when I got my computer back in one week. They replaced the wireless network card. I fired up the ol' laptop only to find that the wireless card keeps turning itself off. Another RMA, and another week. Still no laptop. I am hoping I get it back this week. It is a pain writing long messages with my cellphone. See you all soon...... Hopefully. :/
