Hmmm, don't know a lot about trademark law, but trademarks generally have to do with products offered to the public...we're not selling anything (Amanda gives it away for free, or so I've heard) so I'm not sure we can register...then again, I'm pretty drunk as I'm typing this. I'll think about it more soberly in the morning!
