Is there anywhere in this game to find a pair of red shoes?

One of my banking mules really needs a pair of red shoes.

Nice shews...not ones with bloody spikes.

The ruby slippers are nice; but I dont really go for the forsaken toes. :p

The first pair accents calf muscles quite well.

The ruby slippers don't show off the toes of a human, I don't think. Homreker wore them for quite a while. But they are a bit harder to get to (as an auction alt) being a drop from the Wizard of Oz event in Kharazan.

Considering my mule is level seven...I think those would be off of my list.
