So we're headed to Montreal next week and I was hoping you guys and girls could give me some advice. First, what's the best way to get from the airport to a downtown hotel with three people and a baby? Second, can anyone recommend a nice restaurant in the downtown or nearby areas? Third, what's there to do for about a half day with a baby in tow?

Schwartz's has the best smoked meat in the city if you're in to that.
A tour of the old port might be up your alley.

Also, I believe we already established that none of you Canadianese types actually live in Montreal, am I right? Because if anyone wanted to come out and see us... that'd be cool.

I was in Montreal years ago (sans kids) and liked it a lot. Schwartz's is definitely worth checking out. I mainly remember it being a fun city to just walk around in.

I'm only a 2 hour drive away but I'm away on business in Moncton NB so I won't be able to make it, other wise, I'd show you guys around.
