Some of you may have noticed already... or seen us talking about it in guild chat. You can now repair using guild bank gold!
Here's how it works:
A bonus 10% of all gold looted by guildies is automatically deposited to our guild bank. In order to give this back to guildies, we have have authorized guild repairs. The limit will be modified as needed to keep us at the break even point.
When you need to repair, go to any repair vendor and you will see 2 options: one of them is to repair from the guild bank. (This is available for Super Models and up.)
Note that if your repair bill is over the daily limit then you will not be able to repair from the guild bank. So I suggest you repair often if you want to take advantage of this little perk. Or, if you want, you can repair single items until your total repair bill remaining is less than the daily limit. There is no limit to the number of times you can repair, so keep repairing from the guild bank until you have reached your daily limit.

Seems to be working fabulously.

The other bonus is that the money you use goes towards a guild achievement!

Repair amounts have been increased since we hit Level 16 and more money is being sent to the guild bank.
So what you are actually saying is the guild bank is broken and needs more fish to fix it.
I WILL GET ON THAT RIGHT AWAY!
Perhaps a guild achievement will be garnered in the process.

OK, so I'm probably just daft... but is there a setting in my UI to do this or is it automatic? Or do I have to repair at the guild bank to make this happen?
Maybe I've been doing this all along and I just don't know it...

When you go to any NPC that offers you the ability to repair, you will see three buttons down below where you used to see two. On the left (the hammer) you can repair individual items from your funds, the middle button (the anvil in grey) repairs all your items from your funds, and the right (the anvil in yellowish orange) repairs all your items from guild funds. The tooltips will also tell you which is which. There's a limit of how much you can repair per day from guild funds.
(At least, this is the way it is in my UI. I don't think my addons modify things, but I'm not 100% certain.)

I found it, but then my auto-repair mod (which I thought I set to repair from guild-bank) failed... so maybe next repair... lol

If you don't have autorepair on, you can always repair a couple individual pieces until the total is less than the amount you're allowed to use from guild funds.
