Setting up a poll to see what dates work best for everyone to try and get the best attendance possible. This isn't asking for a commitment, just trying to assess interest. Please select all dates that could work for you. If none of these months work for you, please post details. Note that I excluded end of August on purpose because of Dragon-con.

I also realized end of June is bad for me due to a work deadline. So I have adjusted that as well.

Looks like early August is winning... would the weekend of August 5-7 work for all you that voted? Those that did not click on early August - would it be impossible for you to attend this weekend or just not ideal?

just so you know, i am subscribed to about every email newsletter in this town. soooo, even if things don't work for eat real, i would have to guess that there will be some other local event happening for us to see. this place has something new and fun constantly, so i'll be watching my facebook/twitter/email for any updates!

Been trying to figure out if my schedule might allow me to make it this year finally. Unfortunately, August is Shambhala (I mentioned it last year), and I have already sort of committed to going there. Maybe it will work out for me next year...

Still can't say this far out, but I guess early Aug is almost as good as late Sep (woulda been a nice birthday outing). I just have this sneaking fear that something will come up before I can get to a point where I can set it in stone.

There is no rush in deciding right now. But for those that do want to jump the gun and get cheap flights or who need extra time to request off of work, or whatever, I do want to set the dates this far ahead. Even if we get a group rate at a hotel, I suspect you will just have to decide a month prior. So as long as early August is not completely out of the question for you, I'm going to count you as a YES for that one.

I've missed the last two due to work related travel. I'm hoping to make it to this years. :pray: Anytime in August sounds good to me.
